Yes, Ultramarine is semi-rolling. Fedora is not. Starting in Ultramarine 44, we shifted to a semi-rolling model. Features are shipped when they’re done throughout the year, but major changes (like DE version updates) are done to coincide with Fedora. We made this change to keep momentum up between releases, and better align with our recommended Edition’s release scheme. System components provided by Fedora in Ultramarine are updated if and only if they do not break compatibility with older versions, this is mostly point releases.
Nie. Ultramarine i Fedora nie są dystrybucjami typu semi-rolling ani rolling. Stosują one schemat stabilnych wydań. Aktualizacje zawierające zmiany powodujące problemy ze zgodnością są wprowadzane wyłącznie z głównymi wydaniami. Aktualizacje pomniejsze/punktowe muszą być wstecznie kompatybilne, tzn. komponenty systemowe w Ultramarine są aktualizowane tylko wtedy, gdy nie powoduje to utraty zgodności.

No.Yes, Ultramarine andis semi-rolling. Fedora areis not semi-rolling or rolling. They use a stable release scheme. Updates with breaking changes are rolled out with only major releases. Minor updates/point updates must be backwards-compatible, i.e. s. Starting in Ultramarine 44, we shifted to a semi-rolling model.
